Full time bench technicians: They spend all their time in our workshop repairing and servicing products on a day-to-day basis.

Fast turn round: Most of our repairs are turned around within 3 days.*

Prompt service: There are occasions when it is a must to have an item repaired by a time frame. We can provide this either as a same day service or over night. *

Regular training: To keep with today's technology, visits are made to manufactures.

Competitive pricing: Currently we charge £35.00 per hour for labour. Discounts may be offered for regular work received.

Customer contact: We always keep you, our customer, in the picture either by our web site, phone, fax or email.

Presentation: Whether the equipment has been sent for a full service or just a small repair, the product will be returned looking presentable.

Safety checks: Before any equipment leaves our workshop our technicians ensure that the equipment is electrically safe.

Delivery & Collection: To make things runs smoothly we are able to provide a dedicated driver to deliver and collect your items. *

Hire equipment: A database is kept of all the equipment that we have serviced

Support: A technician is contactable by phone 24hrs.
